Our Team

Home Support Workers and PCAs provide hands-on assistance with daily living. Their responsibilities include helping with personal hygiene, preparing meals, maintaining a tidy home environment, and offering companionship. They play a vital role in supporting independence and ensuring that clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected in their own homes.

LPNs at Easewell deliver practical nursing care within their professional scope. They assist with medication administration, monitor vital signs, provide wound care, and document changes in health status. LPNs also communicate with Registered Nurses and healthcare teams to ensure that care plans are followed accurately. Their focus is on bridging the gap between day-to-day support and clinical oversight.

Registered Nurses provide the highest level of clinical oversight in our services. They conduct assessments, create and adjust care plans, perform advanced nursing tasks, and coordinate with doctors or specialists. RNs ensure that care is safe, effective, and tailored to each client’s health needs. They are also responsible for supervising and guiding the care team to maintain professional standards.
